Welcome to NOCO Accents! We aim to ensure a smooth remodeling experience for our clients. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully to understand our policies before engaging our services.
Quote
A quote from NOCO Accents constitutes an offer to facilitate and coordinate the work described at the specified contract price. All quotes, including any revisions, are valid for 28 days from the date of issue or until the next Bulk Procurement Order (BPO) is placed, whichever occurs first. After this period, NOCO Accents reserves the right to adjust pricing and terms as necessary. After this period, prices may change. Each revised quote will detail the proposed work, and only items explicitly stated in the quote will be included in the project.
Retainers & Final Payment
To formally engage NOCO Accents, a non-refundable initial retainer is required 14 to 180 days before planning/work commences. This deposit signifies your acceptance of these terms and the project specifications as outlined in the most recent CAD render or agreement.
NOCO Accents may request draw payments at any time to ensure uninterrupted progress. The remaining balance is due promptly upon project completion and client approval during the final walk-through. If final payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the due date, a late payment interest charge of 8% will apply to the unpaid balance, in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes § 5-12-102.
Draw Payment Policy
Clients acknowledge that timely draw payments are essential for the uninterrupted progress of the project. If a draw payment is not made when requested by NOCO Accents, work on the project will be paused until the outstanding draw payment has been received. NOCO Accents will provide written notice of the payment due, and work will resume promptly upon receipt of the required payment.
Permits
Clients are responsible for all permit and licensing fees, which may vary by county and municipality. Upon receipt of these fees, NOCO Accents will forward the amounts along with any applicable convenience charges.
Inspections
Clients will be notified in advance of scheduled inspections. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the property for the entire inspection day. Failure to provide access may result in a failed inspection, which may lead to additional fees.
